The Ultimate NFL Fan Experience Could Be Yours!
The Ryan Nece Foundation is offering a limited number of tickets for the chance to win an exclusive NFL experience, including:
- Meet and greet for two people on the set of Fox NFL Sunday, America's most-watched NFL pregame show, and a behind the scenes tour at Fox Hollywood Studio 2A. Fox NFL Sunday features co-hosts Terry Bradshaw and Curt Menefee with analysts Howie Long, Michael Strahan, and Jimmy Johnson.
- Two tickets to a Los Angeles Rams home game at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
- Two roundtrip tickets to Los Angeles on Delta Airlines
Tickets are $100 each and will first be available at the Power Plate Leadership Luncheon on May 18, 2017. Only 250 entries will be offered. There is no limit to the number of entries you may purchase until all tickets are sold. Drawing will be held on June 23, 2017.
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Ryan Nece Foundation, Inc. (herein referred to as “Ryan Nece Foundation” and/or “RNF”), a nonprofit Florida corporation, is a tax-exempt organization under federal and state laws. The vision of the Ryan Nece Foundation is to emPOWER teens to become leaders and impact giving in their communities. The foundation’s mission is to create opportunities for teens to embrace the Power of Giving through volunteerism and inspirational leadership programs. RNF is conducting this raffle pursuant to Section 849.0935, Florida Statues, as a way to raise funds for the Student Service Program The Official Rules and Regulations of RNF’s raffle are set forth below.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. RNF’s interpretation and application of the Rules and Regulations shall be final.
1. The Ultimate NFL Fan Experience offered as a prize will be a Meet and Great for two people with the Fox NFL Sunday Pregame Show and a Behind the Scenes Tour at Fox Hollywood Studio 2A, two tickets to a 2017 Los Angeles Rams home game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, two round-trip coach tickets on Delta Airlines from Tampa to Los Angeles. The winner will be responsible for all hotel and other costs as well as transportation to and from Tampa International Airport and Los International Angeles Airport. Ryan Nece Foundation specifically disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the prize. The winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes including all sales, use, luxury and income taxes.
2. The Ryan Nece Foundation will sell entries to the Ultimate NFL Fan Experience. Tickets may be purchased for a suggested minimum donation of $100 per ticket, payable to “Ryan Nece Foundation”. A maximum of 250 tickets will be sold. Tickets must be purchased on or before 5 PM EDT on June 22, 2017.
3. No purchase or contributions are necessary to participate in this drawing. Limit one free ticket per family. Persons requesting a ticket at no cost must send their name, address, email, and phone number on a 3 X 5 card along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Ryan Nece Foundation, 4401 W. Kennedy Blvd., 3rd Floor, Tampa, FL 33609. Postmark may not be later than seven (7) days prior to the date of the drawing.
4. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Second Annual Power Plate Leadership Luncheon, or online through the Ryan Nece Foundation at http://ryannecefoundation.com. Tickets may be paid for by cash, check, or credit card. RNF reserves the right to limit the number of tickets distributed to each person. All ticket purchases are subject to these Rules and Regulations.
5. The winner will be selected at a random drawing from all eligible entries to be conducted at 9:30 AM EDT on June 23, 2017 at the Ryan Nece Foundation Board of Directors’ Meeting by a Ryan Nece Foundation Board member whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects. The winning entry will be drawn from all eligible entries purchased for the drawing. The winner will be notified by telephone, email, or U.S. Mail based on the contact information provided to RNF at the time of the ticket entry. The odds of winning prize are 1 in 250 and each entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.
6. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to receive an entry and win the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If it is determined that this drawing is not permitted in this or any other jurisdiction, refunds shall be limited to the lesser of the prize contributed or $100.
7. Drawing is limited to only those entries received by the deadline and pursuant to the Rules and Regulations. If the winner cannot be located within 30 days of the drawing, after making reasonable attempts to do so, or if the winner is deemed to be ineligible, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize, and another winner will be selected for such price. The winner must claim his or her prize within 30 days after notice of the award. If the winner does not claim the prize within such 30-day period, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize and another winner will be selected for such prize. The name of the winner may be obtained by request, in writing, to the Ryan Nece Foundation, together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, postmarked no later than July 31, 2017.
8. This is not a lottery; it is a drawing of chance. By participating in the drawing, you agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of RNF, which shall be final. The winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release permitting RNF to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes in any media. RNF is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize. By entering the drawing, each participant releases RNF, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and the winner agrees to indemnify and hold our NF harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.
9. If fewer than 250 raffle entries are sold, the Ryan Nece Foundation reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute one-half (50%) of the gross sales revenue from the entries sold as of the time of the entry deadline as the prize in lieu of the listed prizes.
THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OTHER THAN AS MAY BE SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. RYAN NECE FOUNDATION INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE DRAWING. A DRAWING PARTICIPANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST RYAN NECE FOUNDATION INC. SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR HIS OR HER TICKET OR $100.00. IN NO EVENT SHALL RYAN NECE FOUNDATION INC. BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, DAMAGE OR INJURY, INCLUDING ANY LOST EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RYAN NECE FOUNDATION INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE AGAINST RYAN NECE FOUNDATION INC. WITH RESPECT TO THIS DRAWING MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES.
